- Synthesized and cleaned raw IT service ticket data with ChatGPT-4o: data profiling, null-value handling, and format standardization
- Iteratively designed and refined prompts to generate custom DAX measures and calculated fields, validating each against business logic before integrating into the model
- Compiled findings into a structured report with visuals, narrative flow, and actionable recommendations
